1. Power failure detection (using diode gear)

1, check the brushless motor controller power input positive and negative pole early no short circuit.

2, detecting the winding line parameters of the brushless motor controller:

A, connect the positive pole with the black pen, and use the red pen to contact the three lines of yellow, green and blue respectively, and the parameters are between 400-700.

B, repeat the 2 step.

3, Holzer signal detection: black line with black pen, red pen, red, yellow, green, blue four lines, there should be no short-circuit fault.

Two. Electric test

1, check whether the power input voltage of brushless motor controller has 36V (48V) or above voltage.

2, check whether the Holzer signal line has 5-7V voltage.

3, check whether the power supply has more than 5V power.

4, turn the handle to detect whether the signal line is changing between 0.8-4.2V.
